SUMMER MEADOW MINI SESSION TERMS & AGREEMENT

By booking this session and typing your name as an electronic signature, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.

SESSION DETAILS

• Session length: 15 minutes
• Investment: $85
• Includes 15+ professionally edited digital images delivered via an online gallery.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce shooting time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 1 hour of booking via Zelle.

Reservations that remain unpaid may be canceled and reopened to other families.

LARGE GROUPS

For large families or extended family groupings, booking two consecutive time slots is recommended to allow adequate time for a variety of images.

CHILDREN & PETS

Every child and pet is unique. I will work efficiently and patiently to capture genuine moments, but final image quantity and variety may vary based on cooperation, safety, punctuality, and overall session conditions.

Well-trained pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for their pets and any resulting behavior or damages.

Parents and pet owners remain solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children and animals during the session. Brittney O'Bryan Photography is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from inadequate supervision or animal behavior.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, all bookings are non-refundable. However, reservations are fully transferable and may be gifted or transferred to another family or individual if you are unable to attend.

If you wish to reschedule your session, a request must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Reschedule requests made fewer than seven (7) days before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the reservation and payment.

WEATHER

If weather prevents the session from taking place, Brittney O'Bryan Photography will offer a rescheduled date. If the rescheduled date does not work for the client, a full refund will be provided.

MINIMUM BOOKINGS

If a session date does not receive enough bookings, Brittney O'Bryan Photography reserves the right to consolidate or cancel that date. Clients will be offered another available date or a full refund.

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Brittney O'Bryan Photography. The client receives a personal, non-exclusive license to download, print, and share the delivered images for personal use.

MODEL RELEASE

By participating, you grant Brittney O'Bryan Photography permission to use images from this session for portfolio, website, and social media marketing.

EDITING & DELIVERY

Images will be professionally edited in Brittney O'Bryan Photography's signature style and delivered via an online gallery within two weeks.

RAW or unedited images are not included.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Client understands that the session will take place outdoors and voluntarily assumes all ordinary risks associated with participating in the session, including uneven terrain, insects, weather conditions, and interactions with other people or animals present in the area.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Client releases and holds harmless Brittney O'Bryan Photography, its owner, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the photography session.
